Another way to add some wow factor to a party!
Chocolate Christmas Tree Pizzas
You will need:
1 x 350g Large block Cadbury Dairy milk
1/2 cup white chocolate melts
Smarties
Cooking Oil Spray
Round 20 inch pan
Some greaseproof paper
Method:
Lightly grease the round tin. Make a makeshift piping bag by cutting a piece of greaseproof paper and making a cone shape, tape with sticky tape and snip a small hole at the end.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave, I broke the chocolate up and placed in a microwave safe bowl, then put on high for 1 min, stir and add 10 more seconds to melt the chocolate.
Working quickly, melt the white chocolate for 30 secs in another bowl, stir then put on for another 15-30 secs.
Then pour the milk chocolate into the greased, round tin.
Gently tap the sides to get rid of any air bubbles.
Add the white chocolate to the makeshift piping bag and pipe the shape of a Christmas tree, then dot with green and red smarties.
Place in the fridge to set.
Then, flip out carefully, slice and enjoy.
You could even put this in a tupperware container, with a pizza cutter as a neat christmas gift idea.
The possibilities are endless…
